⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!

I recently had my nose piercing done with Ross and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. What stood out most was her excellent communication throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I knew exactly what to expect.

I was a little nervous, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm and reassuring manner. She was also extremely patient in answering all of my questions, never making me feel rushed and taking the time to address every concern I had. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence.

The piercing itself was quick, smooth, and much less intimidating than I expected. I left feeling happy, comfortable, and well-informed about aftercare. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a piercing. Thank you for such a positive and professional experience! 😊

My daughter and friend had their second lobe piercings done. Exceptionally professional and thorough service. It was a positive experience from start to finish. We won't go anywhere else for piercings! Thanks so much :-)

Absolutely love going to Ross, always have alot of laughs! Won't go anywhere else for piercings.
